The league offers 2 drop in sessions before the season starts, usually in mid September.  Dates and times will be released in late August or early September on our website and facebook page.  They are also advertised on various community and related websites.

These sessions are meant for any ladies to just come and play some basketball.  For new players, these sessions are a great opportunity to meet other players from the league and find a team to play on.  It also gives the league some more exposure to the community in an effort to keep growing the league.  

To join the league as an individual player or a new team, please submit the New Team or Player Entry Form to the board members via the website or facebook page as soon as possible. This form can be found in our Downloads section.  

Any new team entry forms must be received by the AGM in September.  New player entry forms can be received throughout the season however it is recommended to submit by the AGM for the best chance to be picked up by a team.   

For new teams please make sure to attend the AGM to confirm your entry into the league.  

For individual players, a list of available players will be sent out to all the teams before the season starts who will then contact you to play for their team.  

The season starts in October and ends in March.  The AGM is held in September prior to the start of the season.  

The cost is per team and is determined on an annual basis at the AGM.  The fees for 2015-2016 was $1,500 per team.  

The league plays on Monday and Wednesday nights and game times are at 7/7:30 and 8:30/9pm.  There may be some games on a Tuesday or Thursday based on the number of teams for the season and if any makeup games are required.  

Any ladies ages 16+.  Anyone playing on a college or high school team are not eligible to play unless their team is in the league.
